Refund Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products and personal services, all product sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to protect client safety and product integrity. Please review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with the supplier and shipping carrier to resolve the situation and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the policies of the product supplier and shipping carrier.

All service purchases, packages, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable. Missed or late-canceled appointments are subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. If you have concerns about a product reaction or service outcome, please contact us promptly so your treatment plan or home care routine can be adjusted appropriately.
