Shipping Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Please review the following information regarding shipping and delivery of home care products.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or holidays.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Products are shipped directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier service.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once your order has shipped.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that replacement or refund decisions are subject to the policies of the shipping carrier and product supplier.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
